COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT WORKER

We are looking for a part-time Community Development Worker to help grow supportive communities in North London. The role will involve everything from assisting individuals,  family and social networks to mapping and building neighbourhood communities that offer kinder alternatives. The job will also include preparing for a major bid to NHS England for a 24/7 Community Mental Health pilot in 2025. 

 

This is a freelance role, fee subject to experience, based on a 3-day work week, the annual “salary” equivalent for this position is £45,000,  fixed term 15 months.

 

The successful candidate will employ compassionate, empowering, and community-centred social justice approaches that address racial, gender, and class inequities.
